5. Listings and Transactions

Users are solely responsible for:

• Completing transactions and payment arrangements
• Meeting safely and securely with other users

Bazarly is not a party to any transaction and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed.

6. Prohibited Items

The following items may not be listed on Bazarly:

• Illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia
• Weapons, firearms, or ammunition
• Stolen goods
• Counterfeit or pirated items
• Adult content or services
• Live animals (restrictions may apply)
• Hazardous materials

7. Fees and Payment

Bazarly may charge fees for certain services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our fee structure with notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Bazarly are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You retain rights to content you post but grant us a license to use it.

Bazarly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bazarly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Bazarly harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.
